Deliver. Ship it. Use the "Good Enough + True" rule: Is it true? Is it useful? Can I deliver it this week? If yes — it's ready.
And when the over-prepare pattern kicks in, remember: shipping is service. Your people don't need it to be perfect. They need it to exist.
